If you are in affiliate marketing we are going to assume you started because you want a better future for you and your children, if you have any. Your goals, like other marketers, is now to get your message out. You belong to traffic exchanges, safelists and show your affiliate site (link) as much as possible. If you haven’t yet you are thinking about social marketing and looking at mobile marketing.
We honestly believed this was the way and the only way to run the online portion of our business as that is what we were taught. It took starting to think outside the box to improve our lives and it is something you might consider also. It took coming very close to bankruptcy to really get us thinking. If you take the time to look and listen you will be surprised at what is available even totally free to get your business moving in the right direction.
We are using two free ways which have been very successful for us. In fact to date more effective than the $5,500 spent for paid advertising. We learned everything we needed to know by watching and listening to the people on one, then implementing what we learned. Because we were able to find and join IBO toolbox we are doing much better at things it would have taken months if not years to learn by any other method. We also have free tools that others are paying thousands a year for.
We started social advertising with help from the people on IBOtoolbox, and are working on integrating a site with facebook.
We now advertise on free ad boards both locally and to any area our programs work. The ads lead to our branded site which now let anyone reading them get in contact with us in real time on the internet or to our phone number so they can call. This doubles our chances of being reached and gaining new affiliates.
Personal branding and reputation are how you earn with affiliate marketing. IBO toolbox provides the tools and the platform to gain both. There are thousands of people who have the same affiliate site you do, how to make them your customer is first advertise yourself, (personal branding) then show your customers why they should join you and not your competition. We use branded sites instead of just letting people see our site, ”link” which is the same as thousands of others. If we are on the computer we can be reached in real time by anyone looking at our “link”. Our blogs show what we offer that others might or do not.
Our reputation is being built in two ways, following up with those who join our programs and writing blogs which explain who we are and why we are doing what we do.
