What does branding have to do with Marketing?

Lisech eMarketing was the first company on IBOtoolbox to show the value of branding. To many this doesn't make sense. Lisech is and was created to be an (electronic) (e)Marketing company.

Think about these things though....


  • What are you marketing?


  • How do people know they are talking to the same person on every social media?


  • What message do you want others to see?


  • How is the best way to explain why others should do business with you?


All of those things come under the heading of branding. Without good personal branding too many people go out of business. Businesses fail as well if they aren't branding their products and their company.


So how do marketing and branding relate?


Branding is a major heading that covers marketing, advertising, for the internet search engine optimization, website creation, and graphics creation.

Social sharing

On IBO people depend on others for social sharing. I rarely at this point tell people I have shared for them. What I do share occasionally is, If I find enough value in your content to leave a comment, you can be assured it will have value to my friends on social media, so sharing would be in my best interest, and is done.

Social media

If you don't have a social media start one. Years ago I started a twitter account strictly for sharing IBO press releases. Those that relate in some way to branding or marketing are shared to a Facebook page, if it is about SEO it is shared to a different Facebook page, and other content that will help friends is shared to Google+.


Terri Pattio internet marketer


If your goal is to reach the largest audience possible I recommend looking at Terri Pattio's twitter strategy. It will do two things for you. One you will see what others find of value on IBO. Two it will put your content (through the tweet) on a page one of Google.


Tom Riach Internet marketer publisher

If your goal is to be a super achiever, I recommend Tom Riach's books. He has three published at this point. The first took an hour off my work day.

Investing in your business and future

If you are not willing to invest in you and your business, IBOtoolbox probably isn't going to help you in the long run. It takes being the best you possible, with changes to your weak points, and a money investment to reach your target audience in a way that it fills a need for them. Lisech eMarketing large e
