Operating from a Servant's Heart.

I have just watched and listened to another you tube video by Todd Burrier. I really enjoy the pointers and advice he gives. In this particular video, he pointed out that if you do things in order to help others, ultimately you will be gaining on so many levels.

He quoted  the words of Ken Blanchard who said :

“Perpetual Prosperity Comes to Those Who Help Others”

It got me thinking : firstly it  sure is beneficial to your feeling of selfworth as there is not a nicer feeling than to be able to help someone who needs something that you are able to offer them; it probably will only take a bit of your time and you will not lose anything for having a servant's heart because ultimately life should not be about what you get but rather what you give.

The person or people you are assisting will probably not reward you with money but they will remember what you did and how you made them feel - this in turn will make them positive towards you and whenever they talk positively about you or your opportunities, it may move others to join what you have to offer just because there was a good testimony about who you are and how you react to those around you who may be in need.

People who do join you in your ventures will trust  and respect you as they can see, firsthand, what type of person you are.

The conclusion I come to  from this teaching, is that if you want to build a long term business, something you should definitely keep in mind and concentrate on, is to be real to all around you - it will be well worth it!
