Writing an Effective Blog

I have been blogging for a few years now and have writen several blogs. By having several blogs it has helped me to figure out what things are the most effective. Why have a blog? A blog is a great way to help get traffic to your website. A blog is a great way to get started with affiliate marketing. You can monitize your blog by adding Google Adsense, Amazon or other affiliate products. I get the most success with wordpress blogs. They just seem to give me more traffic. If you are setting up a new wordpress blog, you may want to consider using a Responsive Theme. With a Responsive theme the page fits nice on any screen. I have also gotten good results with Blogspot. The secret to writing an effective blog is to add new content often. I suggest to post at least 3 times a week. In the beginning you may want to post daily then you can go to 3 times a week. When I make a post I make sure I do keyword research 1st. Then I make sure my targeted keyword is in the title of my post as well as the first paragraph of my article. (Stuffing keywords doesn't work) These are just a few tips that work for me. What are some of the things that are effective for you?
