I've been frustrated about the prospecting learning curve, just like every other rep in this industry. Things are getting better due to the introduction of software platforms that are hitting our industry. When it all comes down to it, the company that will ultimately be seen as the top opportunity the others set their sights on.
Will be the company that can incorporate into the culture of it's marketing plan. That thing that rings loudest into the psyche of the masses. There are various products in the market, we all know the list for the most part.
It's like a menu in a restaurant, which ever meets your fancy, you can sign up to. The problem arises, when you try to recommend the restaurant...nobody seems to want to go. When you relate, this to MLM, it's the difference between selling your product and opportunity to the masses, when it's not what they psychologically wants...vs. exposing your product and opportunity to the masses and simply pointing it out to them that they already buy it!
Exposing your product, which are all name brand products the masses are already accustomed to buying. Tying that to a compensation plan that incorporates a training platform that pays Reps for training. That incorporates a revolutionary aspect to the comp plan...the ability to purchase the shopping habits of super market buying customers; buying name brand products over the internet... GENIUS!!!
