Confuse about signing up on the Marketplace?

As the months has passed, since the website was unfolded or release for people to sign up for healthcare, in spite of the political hype, the website is running smoother and there is less wait time and problems.  There are people that are able to go on and get affordable healthcare, without having to wait because of preexisting conditions, usually 12 month waiting period.  Also, there is no yearly cap.
As an independent insurance agent and having sold health insurance before and after the new law, it is better.  People that want to keep their old plan, in many cases have to face the yearly cap.  So if the person go into a coma and their yearly bill is over the cap then they would be taken off their insurance plan.  This is huge if more than one family member get sick! It was also bad for a person to have cancer and had to wait, the waiting period, to get treated for that sickness, while still paying their premiums.

Now the hype about it cost more on the exchange than off, I have been signing people up and have not run across that.  Even so, if you are getting a better plan that takes you now instead of later would you not want to pay more!!  I have actually seen the rates for individual plans better.  You have to compare apples with apples.  You can not compare a company group plan with an individual plan.  The beautiful thing about this situation is it will eventually cause the rates to go down.  It would also catch diseases and sickness early, with people having insurance they can now afford.  People can go to the doctor, instead of going to work sick because they can not afford to go to the doctor!
