One thing I like very much is the Moringa with flowers. Indeed while in that state, the Moringa tree becomes the gathering spot for bees and various colorful birds. No need to chase them or to put them in cage. They are free to fly around and enjoy the nectar of the white little flowers.

The seeds (kind of nuts) eaten by men and birds alike look like peanuts. Two to five seeds a day are enough to keep anyone in excellent shape.

After extraction (or pressure) the seed produce a pleasantly scented oil that nourishes the skin; it surpasses any body cream according to the village girls proud of their smooth ebony black skins.

Supposed health benefits: This tree is used to cure imbalance in immune system cause of several diseases. Moringa is excellent for helping in breast milk production

It also eliminates malnutrition and is beneficial in case of cardiovascular ailments.

People use it to lower blood pressure.

Medical research: Musoma, Tanzania: Associated with Artemisia Annua, it strengthens energy and stamina in people affected by AIDS but is not a cure for this deadly pandemic ailment.

Such a wonderful plant should not be ignored any longer; being located in the Third World is not a valuable reason for scientists living elsewhere to neglect researches on such a God given gift. The “miracle tree” should be documented further for the welfare of mankind.

I share below a very informative video about the benefits of Moringa, the miracle tree.

Warmest regards,
